Historically, Cate worked primarily with wellness pros and yoga teachers who want to access the power of Ayurveda. As Yoga became more mainstream, her online community broadened to ordinary people interested in health breakthroughs. With that, Body Thrive was born.

Body Thrive is exceedingly practical. You start where you are. Many members of Body Thrive fall in love with the Yogahealer course member community and continue on to Master of You where, members achieve greater life goals. Body Thrive is the best starting point because when you are strong in your body habits you have mental focus and deep confidence to achieve bigger and better goals within your life.

Who will be my coaches and mentors?

Cate is the head coach of Club Thrive.

Each week she leads in cutting-edge conversation with the course member community. Her engaging sessions blend thought leadership with practical advice that translate into lifelong healthy habits.

Cate has cultivated a Body Thrive Leadership team of coaches she trained in Yoga Health Coaching. The Body Thrive leaders host weekly sessions for Q+A and laser coaching. You’ll also be assigned a Body Thrive assistant, who will assist you with 1-1 laser coaching throughout the year.

The video lessons are all delivered by Cate.

We believe strongly in mentors and build mentorship and wisdom leadership into our community learning. Your mentor will provide you with an extra level of knowledge and practical guidance. Having a mentor and being in a smaller group within the larger group creates deeper learning and stronger relationships.

(See the Syllabus for the weekly schedule of live sessions)

How much time does it take per week?

Club Thrive can expand and contract with your schedule, but 2-3 hours a week is more than enough to get results. In the average week, you’ll listen to or watch a webinar or two.
