Welcome to CLUB THRIVE!
I’m Cate Stillman, and I’m excited to help you balance your amazing career with a fulfilling life. This club is about helping ambitious women like you integrate success with well-being. (CLUB HERO includes CLUB THRIVE.)
Please read this brief and important information to finalize our contract.
By signing this form, you are agreeing to the following:
1. What CLUB HERO Is and Isn’t:
CLUB THRIVE offers coaching, lessons, and a community to help you with things like managing your money, improving your health, mastering your time, finding your purpose, and growing personally and professionally. We give you tools and guidance for your journey.
However, we are not:
2. Your Health & Wellness:
As a certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner and health coach, I share ideas about health and wellness, like fasting or exercise. These are general tips, and you use them at your own risk. It’s crucial to talk to your doctor before you start any new diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have existing health issues or injuries.
3. Your Results Are Up to You:
We provide a great program, but your success depends on your effort and how you use what you learn. We can’t guarantee specific results or how much money you’ll make. Everyone’s journey is different.
4. You Are Responsible:
You are in charge of your own health, decisions, and actions while you’re part of CLUB THRIVE. We’re here to support you, but your progress is ultimately your responsibility.
5. We’re Not Liable for Issues:
You agree that Cate Stillman, CLUB THRIVE, our coaches, and staff are not responsible for any problems, injuries, losses, or damages that might happen to you while participating in the club or using our information. This includes anything that might happen due to an accident.
6. Keep Things Private:
Please keep conversations and personal details shared by other members confidential. Our community works best when everyone trusts each other.
7. Understanding the Risks:
Any program focused on personal growth or health has some natural risks. You understand and accept these risks by joining CLUB THRIVE.
8. Your Membership Commitment:
By joining CLUB THRIVE, you are signing up for a one-year membership.
This provides you with continuous access to all our resources, coaching, and community support for a full year, designed to give you the space and time for deep transformation and sustained growth.
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to everything explained here. You are signing this form willingly.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Any program payment is not refundable once the member is given access to a course.
- Refund for fees paid on a course is subject for approval based on access provided and reason of cancellation.
- Deposits are NOT refundable.
Events Policy (Retreats, Meetups + Live Workshops)
- If you need to cancel your event or retreat registration, you may defer your ticket to one of the next two upcoming events of the same type, provided you notify us at least 20 days before the original event start date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Tickets are transferable: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time prior to the event (subject to providing the new attendee’s details for registration). No transaction fee applies for transfers.
- The payment will be forfeited if the above terms (including the 20-day notification for deferral) are not complied with.
- Deferrals are limited to the next two events only; further changes beyond that will result in forfeiture of payment.
Free LIVE EVENTS Ticket:
- All Free live events require Refundable deposit to secure your seat.
- Refundable deposit credited back in 21 business days upon attendance confirmation.
