How it Works

Custom plan: 1on1 onboarding session with Lori Cusi + Anna Berkelmanns to map out your plan for the year. They will hold you accountable and coach your specific issues.
- Quarterly Online Offsites: Trimester 2-day live online events to get the vision, strategy and plan right for your next quarter. You can bring a guest, partner, teammate.
- Event recordings: All online events are recorded so you don’t need to worry about missing them.
- Tools: Get all the tools required to build, execute, collaborate, and troubleshoot your strategic planning system to get to where you want to go next; for yourself, your team, and/or your family.
- Community: Our CLUB HERO NETWORK for accountability partnerships, masterminds within the mastermind, and chat, training and leaderboards on our CLUB HERO app. No more facebook.
- Coaching with Cate: 1x 90 minute weekly Q&A or workshop with Cate on Zoom
- Dynamic Groups: Twice a month we meet to apply thinking structures to solve for critical issues, activate collaborative intelligence and get the tools to work your strategic plan.
- Accountability: Quarterly check-in calls from your success coach to hold you accountable.
