the story behind club thrive
Part 1: Thrive in your body
It all started back in 2001 after I (Cate Stillman) completed a few hardcore healer trainings and opened shop as the Yogahealer. A Yogahealer, I discovered asynchronistic habits underlie health issues. And that reversing chronic symptoms and chronic disease is relatively easy with a CLUB model, where members LIVE the anti-inflammatory HABITS of circadian rhythm.
Part 2: People don’t know their goals.
As people get lean, clean, and future-focused, smarter goals emerge. With the CLUB THRIVE habits, cognitive function increases. You learn faster. You think smarter. Your vision clarifies. You see the need for a solid strategy for the next chapter of your life with the right people.
Part 3: Strat-Plan Your Life
Once your health is dialed in, you have a surplus of energy, and surrounded by inspiration and naturally want to scale up wealth or impact, or both. Both require strategy. Most people haven’t been trained in strategic thinking structures. Those that have rarely applied those specific tools to their lifestyle, wealth, impact design. Without strategic tools and skills you don’t get good strategy. You end up having similar issues in your future to those in your past.
Part 4: Shit hits Fan
As you become physically lean, strong, adaptable and resilient, your vision changes. Your good habits compound into more life, more creativity, a better future. You set bigger goals, apply the strategy, and shit comes up. You have better opportunities, better problems, and better challenges that force your growth.
