CLUB THRIVE is a 12-month online mastermind that regenerates your body, aligns your life to deep rhythm via primal, circadian rhythm habits including intermittent fasting, detox, cryotherapy, Ayurveda and microbiome diet… which means you get to vitality, adaptability and resilience faster. You’ll feel great and look great.

Part 1: Thrive in your body

It all started back in 2001 after I (Cate Stillman) completed a few hardcore healer trainings and opened shop as the Yogahealer. A Yogahealer, I discovered asynchronistic habits underlie health issues. And that reversing chronic symptoms and chronic disease is relatively easy with a CLUB model, where members LIVE the anti-inflammatory HABITS of circadian rhythm.

Part 2: People don’t know their goals.

As people get lean, clean, and future-focused, smarter goals emerge. With the CLUB THRIVE habits, cognitive function increases. You learn faster. You think smarter. Your vision clarifies. You see the need for a solid strategy for the next chapter of your life with the right people.

Part 3: Strat-Plan Your Life

Once your health is dialed in, you have a surplus of energy, and surrounded by inspiration and naturally want to scale up wealth or impact, or both. Both require strategy. Most people haven’t been trained in strategic thinking structures. Those that have rarely applied those specific tools to their lifestyle, wealth, impact design. Without strategic tools and skills you don’t get good strategy. You end up having similar issues in your future to those in your past.

Part 4: Shit hits Fan

As you become physically lean, strong, adaptable and resilient, your vision changes. Your good habits compound into more life, more creativity, a better future. You set bigger goals, apply the strategy, and shit comes up. You have better opportunities, better problems, and better challenges that force your growth. If you have the right mentors around you who understand the growth crisis, you become more than you’ve been. And that is the feeling of truly being alive. You upcycle into a smarter, more capable, more aligned version of yourself. The B.S. from your life falls away, when you let your shit hit the fan, in good company.

Part 5: Higher Order

As you build your capacity to thrive, vision, strat-plan and grow you enter a higher order of living. Simplicity expands. You have more, need less, love your life, love your core people, while experiencing your body thrive. You’re clear on your next chapter, confident, relaxed, and supported from all sides.

Jacalyn joined Cate's community in 2015 and has led her own Vibrant Living Tribe community for 10 years. Her passion is to teach people to take yoga off the mat and into every aspect of their lives. Her own bike accident 9 years ago was the guru in drag! It gave her the opportunity to integrate the teachings of Ayurveda, the 10 habits to help her heal from a traumatic bone shattering injury. 10 years later she has healed herself and guided over 60 people in their own healing journey. Jacalyn is honored to mentor members in evolving their health habits and healing their mind, body and hearts.
